How to find the ORIGINAL date an item was listed

Hi

I need help please. I know when you look the item page up on top right it gives you a date. If you revised the listing that is the date. I need the very first day I had put my listing on.

Thank you....

Click into the listing, then scroll down while watching on the left hand side.  Down around the description there should be a link to open up a table containing your revisions.  See if the original date is in there.

I don't know that it is among the revisions, but that's where I'd look.  I checked about a dozen of your listings but I couldn't find the one in question.  Would you care to provide the item number?

Thank you.

I did what you wrote and all it has is the revision date. No original. I spoke to an agent today and they said when they updated the listing tool it took original dates away. I told him that is not good. For sellers that store items in bins and write the # of the bin in their description to find the item, if they forgot to input the number of the bin you could always look up other items around that same input date and 99% your item will be in that bin. Now we are going to have a lot of cancels for items we can not find.

Bring up your items for sale (from a listing or your feedback or do an Advanced Search for your items only) and sort by Time: Newly Listed.   That gives you the month and date the listing went live but not the year.*  You can go through the pages trying to keep track of each year back to estimate the year, good luck with that.

*ETA: Do a keyword search of your items to get the month and day the one you are looking for was listed first so you slow down and look at that month/day each time you pass that month/day for your item.
