How to find codes for local pickup?

Almost all of my buyers say they can't find the qr code, where do they find it? And also, how does the 6-digit code work?

When a buyer chooses local pick up as the delivery option they are sent a QR code and a digit code in their messages. More on buying with local pick up:

When delivery is complete the seller can either scan the QR code or enter the digit code into the APP. You only need to enter one option, the QR code or the digit code. It only works with the APP not on a desktop. See the proof of pickup section on this page:
