I continue to get a store newsletter from a seller whom I do not have in my sellers list. I eliminated them long ago. How do I eliminate this? I clicked on the bottom where it says something like to stop receiving newsletters change your newsletter preferences
and it takes me to my saved sellers list where the seller doesn't show up. I click on the seller's name in the email and it takes me to myworld.ebay.com which say site can't be reached refused to connect. Should I report this to ebay security? I have tried this every time I get the newsletter and nothing changes.
I have one of these, too. I reported the issue a few months ago, so they know about it. It is just not a high priority right now.
Mark it as junk and let your email filter take care of it.
