How to disable this new Activity manager?????

I can't use this new layout, not only does it look like some kind of cheesy mobile app it also has removed much of the information I was used to seeing (and relied on).

How do I revert to the normal layout and toss this new mager in the garbage??

Furthermore I keep receiveing the error:

I can't conduct business when I am forced to use broken Beta apps.
