I use Firefox as my browser and print plain paper laser labels.
When using Firefox, the printed labels are sized according to the scaling set in the Firefox browser. Before printing a label, got to the browser menu bar
File > Page Setup
uncheckmark "shrink to fit" and set "Scale" to "100%"
The size of the "100%" label is less than a half sheet of paper (about 6x4). Avoid going too small or the bar codes will bleed together and won't scan properly.
Ok, so you are on the shipping page and the label is ready to print. You click on "print label" A window comes up with a picture of the label , on the right side of the box about 2/3 of the way down you see "SCALE" that's the size of the label. 100% is what you get with out changing anything. Make it smaller by entering anything below 100% I use 80% for most of my labels. It all depends on the size of the package. Test it a few times to see what works for you.
