How to change shop URL when shop name changes?

Our organization recently changed it's name, but my eBay URL still reflects the old shop name. How can I get it changed? I asked my friend AI, it said that the URL changes when the shop name changes, but that didn't happen. Anyone know how I can edit it?

As far as I know, the only way to change the store URL is to totally unsubscribe from the store, wait up to thirty days, then resubscribe under the new store name (and hope that no one has claimed that store name in the mean time).
