How to change number of seller's stars on a review

After submitting my sellers review I didn't realize until it was too late that I couldn't make any changes to the star value.

I intended to leave a five star rating, but only left a one star rating.

How can I correct this?

Since ebay most likely knows each computers' mac address, any changes that do not come from that same computer can be blocked. 

Not being able to make changes is unfair to sellers.
