How to change label size to print on thermal label printer

I just bought an Offnova thermal printer and cant get the ebay labels to fit and format to this printer. It works great printing from Facebook, but not Facebook.  Any tips on changing the label size in Ebay to 4x6?

When you go to print your next label, look at the bottom right of the page. It will say what the current paper size is for your labels.  There is a link there ... "Change"

It brings up a pop up to change the label size.  Once it is changed, it stays as your default.
