Need to cancel an order due to processing delays. Item hasn't shipped and apparently paypal has not delivered the payment after 5 days. Seller has agreed to cancelling the order, but Ebay has no option to do so. What other options do we have?
And while we're on the subject, how can I actually get in contact with ebay customer service?
