How to cancel a return so I can issue a partial refund

My buyer opend a return. However, she and I spoke,and she decided she wants to keep the item and I'm going to give her back a partial refund. I cannot seem to cancel the return so I can easily issue her the partial refund. Any advise on how to cancel the return?
