How to block a buyer from my mobile app

I want to block a buyer that's a real headache but I access eBay from mobile iPhone can't find how to do this please help

That option and many others are not available from the mobile App. However, you must be using you device's browser to access the community here. Look to the bottom of the page after you sign in on the browser. Look for the words Classic site. Tap on that and you will have many more options available from the device, not from the App.
