How to add a handling fee for oversize item

I need to have an oversized, heavy item professionally packed and shipped. How can I add a handling fee for this to my listing?

@engltchr02  Handling fees can only be added if you use calculated shipping.  Otherwise you just add the extra cost to the item price.
