How to Opt In or Out of eBay Guaranteed Delivery

I, fortunately don't have many "bad" experiences with customers, but today, one asked why they didn't get the "free same day shipping". Or, why they didn't get their item in one day...from MA to MN. For 3 lip balms, did they expect me to ship them overnight Fedex for Free even when the listing said First Class Free? (makes me wonder if some folks are losing common sense). So, I think the "eBay Guaranteed Delivery" Setting may have also been to blame on my listing.

So here is how to opt in or out. (By the way, there are also MANY Settings also on your "Site Preferences" page you can edit/toggle to your liking).

How to Opt In or Out of eBay Guaranteed Delivery
Go to "My eBay" then "Account" (left side of page, 3rd tab over)
On the list on the left side, click on "Site Preferences".
About the fourth option down, see the"eBay Guaranteed Delivery Setting". On the right side of that line, click "Edit". The next page will bring up your options. Choose one by clicking on one of the radio buttons there and click "Continue".
