In the eBay app, you clear recent searches by tapping on the search bar, scrolling down through your recent searches to the bottom of the page to reveal a "CLEAR ALL SEARCHES" link.
You can delete saved sellers and saved searches to remove those items from your feed page, though it is probably easier to use a desktop browser to pick and choose which searches or sellers contribute to the feed, or to delete many searches or sellers at once.
