I purchased an item and the supplier has stated they shipped the item. They followed up with an email stating that the postal clerk stated shipping can be 2+ months due to freight around the world. The material is shipping from South Korea to the United States. How long should I wait before filing a claim as I dont want to open 1 up with the item in transit but I also dont want to wait until my claim is no longer valid?
Thanks,

You cannot report an item not received until after the last estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History has passed.

What if Purchase History does not show an estimated delivery date?

Are you saying there is no delivery estimate in your Purchase History or is this just a "what if" question?

Im assuming that due to the way the seller shipped there is no estimated date.

Hi @cidym0831
I checked with eBay on this one, and since there is no tracking # and no estimated delivery date, you should contact CS to open an item not received case. They could not give me a time frame in which to do that, but if it were me, I would do that today.
