Can anyone tell me how to keep a buyer from changing my shipping costs to free shipping? Both auctions were minimal shipping first class and I combined them into one small charge for shipping, yet somehow the buyer sent me a payment marked "Free Shipping." I didn't authorize that, nor does my account. Can you tell me how they got around the system to give themselves a shipping discount? Thanks for your help.
