How do you report an item that has a shipping price 100x the average?

I keep seeing a listing for a bench top item the seller claims can only be placed on a pallet, not sure if they realize what they are doing or if it’s a mistake but when I try to report I still see the listing up after?

You don't.  On eBay, sellers can charge whatever they want for shipping.  The smart buyer can look at the shipping fee and decide he does not want to pay that much, then simply hit the back arrow.

If you wish, you can contact the seller and ask if it's an error, but some sellers do not react kindly to that kind of a message.
