How do you change feedback you left for a Buyer?

I tried leaving negative feedback for a Buyer I had a lot of problems with. When I posted the feedback on her account, it popped up as Positive, even though it was supposed to be negative and my comments that followed were all negative.  I'm not getting any help from eBay to make it Negative on her site.

Buyers have not been able to receive negative feedback since 2008.  Doing as you did, leaving a negative comment, is a policy violation.  The buyer can report it, and if eBay finds out about it, you get dinged for the policy violation.
