How do you bypass the chat bot and get to a live support agent?

I placed an order from eBay motors and I have the email confirmation and a screenshot of the order, however the chat says it cannot connect me with an agent because I have no orders in the last 90 days… I keep telling it I have the email and the screenshot but it will not connect me with a live agent? How can I get thru to a real live agent to get this resolved????

Or did someone on another website tell that it would be handled by ebay motors?
