How do I send an invoice for additional shipping?

Somehow I managed to make/sell a list with a wild inaccurate shipping estimate. the buyer agreed to pay the shipping but since the doing away of PayPal I cannot figure out how to send an invoice. Older post were not helpful.

If the listing is closed and buyer has paid, he has no obligation to pay more.  However, if you have made arrangements that he will, then you need to send a PayPal invoice for the difference.  You are allowed to ask for his email address to do so, now that the sale is otherwise completed.

They buyer is not required to pay any more then what was shown in the listing.

If you made a mistake, you have to make up the difference.
