How do I send a return label for a return to me

I has a customer not happy with the shoes we sold him. Ebay had us refund to the buyer. I was ok with that. I thought he would send the shoes back and I contacted him. He said he was waiting for a return label. I cannot figure out how to send him a label. Can someone help me out. I am new to this and totally lost.

Once a Buyer is refunded, eBay does not offer an option to send that Buyer a return label. Instead, you can send them a discounted label through PayPal or Pirateship. 

Because you have already had a transaction with them, it should be okay to get their email address to send a PDF with the label.

Thank you. I was able to send him a label from Priate Ship. I am learning.
