I sold a item for $30.00 but I had forgotten to put in the right dimensions on the item before it sold unaware that the buyer was from Asia, the buyer paid $33.00 in shipping but being the wrong dimensions the label will cost $101.00 for a $30.00 sell! Is there a way to cancel this order for shipping or resolve this issue?
