I received the following mesage concerning an item I have for sale. The buyer is asking if I will accept a certified check and has asked me to send him a text with the answer. I have heard of this fraudulent technique and I want to report this buyer. He's only been on Ebay since Aug 19, 2017. We need to stop this person.
