There are some areas of concern that you can report to eBay if the issue is published on, or transmitted through, the eBay site.

eBay doesn't get involved in issues of bad manners. If the problem is just annoyance, you can block the other member from sending messages.

First place the other member on your blocked buyer list.

Then go into your account settings and turn off messages from your blocked buyers.

This won't work if both of you have been in a recent transaction.

If the other member is communicating through email and not through eBay messages, there is probably nothing eBay can do. You'll have to block the other member using your email filters.
