How do I remove email notifications?

I made the giant mistake of buying several trading cards and now I am absolutely obliterated with ‘order updates’ when it was received, when it was shipped, when it will be delivered, it’s arriving early, it’s here. Probably 200+ emails. How do I get the madness to stop?

Thank you so much. I cannot find where I turn off specially the item shipped, item delivered, item coming early emails.
