How do I refresh my listings??

I read that it helps to refresh your listings once in awhile.  Older articles reference a “RSS Feed” which apparently no longer exists on the EBay platform.  Is there a trick to refreshing multiple listings anyone will share?  I assume when I view and “revise” my listing it’s refreshing it, but I don’t know for sure and it’s tedious and time consuming.
