How do I purchase a vehicle on Ebay when the auction has ended?

I contacted the seller of a 2016 Corvette after the auction ended.  We agreed on a sales price.  How do I proceed safely with the purchase through Ebay?

The seller can relist the vehicle, and then you make the purchase.  Sales on motor vehicles are non binding.  Either party can walk away.  Be sure to bring a mechanic with you when you inspect the vehicle.  Then you can hand over payment in exchange for the keys and title.
