How do I limit the quantity a buyer can purchase of an item ebay

I've got a multiple item listing (fixed price...aka Buy It Now), but I want to limit each buyer to 1 item (I don't want them to purchase more than one). Is there a way to do this?
I noticed I can set up the Buyer Requirements section as follows: "Have bid on or bought my items in the last 10 days and have met my limit of 1"
Will that do it?
