Hello I bought a phone but the power adapter was missing I agreed to a partial refund cuz I already received the phone minus the adapter so how do I get on with the partial refund?

If you and the seller have already agreed to a partial refund, you can begin by filing a Returns Request.  The seller can then offer a partial refund, and you accept.
