How do I find my QR code after I have printed the label I have tried numerous times, and I still can

How do I find my QR code? I have tried numerous times, and it’s just showing me a shipping label because I chose to print shipping label

If you selected print format you can not get a QR code - it is one or the other.  You can’t change it.  If you need a QR code label, void the print label and purchase a new label - before you lick purchase, scroll down to format and change it to QR code.

1. Go to Manage shipping labels.
2. Find the item you'd like to void the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select Void Label.
3. Choose your reason for voiding the label.
4. Select Send request.
