How do I end a listing with a policy violation?

I was trying to sell a keyboard and then I got hit with a policy violation; they said I tried to offer to buy or sell outside of eBay, which I never did. My innocence aside, I tried editing the listing many times, I tried appealing it, to no avail. I ended up just giving the keyboard away to a friend. The listing has been hidden by eBay for months now, and I cannot seem to end it or do anything about it.  As you can see in the picture below, the option to end the listing is greyed out (all of the options are). Any other page that would normally allow you to end a listing does not allow me to check a box to delete or end this listing.  eBay also doesn't make it easy for you to contact a real person to help with these issues, so instead I'm left talking to a useless AI assistant. Does anyone know how I can end this listing??

If it is listed on this ID it is not visible to me.  When you say "months" has it been more than 90 days?

You can always request a call back and ask eBay how to unlock it so you can End the listing and delete it: eBay Customer Service
