How do I access an entire message I received?

I had an item I sold get damaged in the mail. I've been fighting with the post office and need to access the photos the buyers sent me, but I can't get them to come up in my messages. How do I do this, please?

If possible, use a desktop browser. Go to your eBay Message inbox, and make sure you are using the older "classic" format rather than the newer "chat-style" format.

You should be able to see messages back about three months or so. The earliest message I can see is from May 22, 2024.

If you have your eBay messages forwarded to your email, check your email archives.
