How can I use Affirm payment method?

1. I have Paypal and Affirm.

2. I want to pay using Affirm credit.

3. Unfortunately, You can't add Affirm to Paypal.

Seems like the only way you can use Affirm is if the seller accepts credit cards without using Paypal.

Question: Does anyone know how to use Affirm payment method on Ebay?

Do not suggest adding Affirm to Paypal. I've already tried it.  It won't work!
