How can I send ebay an email or message. 

I would like to inform ebay that I recevied my item that was purchased. The item was local pick up so there a not tracking numbers to input. The seller hasn't received his payment. I would like to ensure that the seller is paid by ebay, byinforming them that the items was collected.

I am having difficulty doing so because I am not seeing any options to send a message or email or to even confirm that the items were received.
