How can I send an invoice for additional shipping charges?

I listed an item and said postage depends on location.  Asked person NOT to pay for item until I sent an invoice with actual postage added to bid amount.  Well, they paid for the item with a default shipping charge that e-bay put in.  How can I send them another invoice for the additional postage?

I listed another item, too.  That one e-bay put in free postage - NO it was to be based on location of bidder.  They have not yet paid for the item.  (I hope).

Default shipping?

The SELLER chooses the type of package and they enter the weight and dimensions and choose the method.  You offered Parcel Select and the shipping weight was 2 lbs on one doll and 5 lbs on the other sold doll.

You have to accept the payment with the shipping showing in the listing and you're not allowed to send an invoice for additional shipping.   If you made a mistake by letting eBay choose shipping based on the average shipping cost for a doll that size that was a mistake because shipping should be based on the actual weight and measurements on the item you're selling.  Not based on what OTHERS paid.

It is against eBay policy to ask a buyer for more money after the sale has taken place.  It was up to you to determine the shipping cost when you made the listing. This is easily done by using eBay's calculator. This then shows a potential buyer the correct shipping for their zip code.  Since you failed to do this, you must make up the difference in the shipping amount.
