How can I notify my buyer that the item has been shipped and How Can I End The Listing?

This question is related to my last post. Recently, my listing was bought, but the item was not marked as sold. So, because of this, I have no access of easily messaging the buyer to notify that item has been shipped. PayPal has confirmed to ship the item but the listing should have already ended. How can I notify my buyer and end the listing to avoid more people buying the item?
