I was able to online chat an agent about an issue yesterday. After that, I was unable to ever get an option to chat online, but only could get them to call me. Calls would not come in but instead send an email saying they couldn't reach me, and I have nothing blocked on my phone, so assuming it isn't under my control (i.e. service provider blocking them), what can I do to reach an actual representative about a time-sensitive issue right now?
