How can I cancel a return

I initiated a return process which was approved, but subsequently before shipping it back I changed my mind and decided to keep it. Tried the automated chat but got no where.

Go to the Returns Request.  There should be an option to Cancel/Close the returns request.  It will automatically close in a couple of weeks if you never send the item back.
