How Do You Add a Picture to a Message?

The seller wants a picture of the issue for which I requested a return.  I can't seem to attach a picture.  Help!

Make sure the photo is in JPG format.  When you click to REPLY to the seller, there is an option to ATTACH a photo.  You click that link, and then navigate to where the photo is located, and then select it to upload into the message.
