Hello, I have a problem with a buyer. Buy a good, but because he was mistaken, he accused me of wrongdoing and left me negative feedback. Then he asked to return the goods, I told him that, no problem would just pay for the return. I sent him the UPS to pick up the goods, but he refused to return it and now tells me to keep the money. How can I end the return to Ebay to free me the money in PayPal?
