I need to speak to somebody at eBay and it’s impossible. What a terrible terrible company to accept payments and not help us when it doesn’t come. I have the order number and a clear history of the item that never came and the automated stuff is saying it’s not valid, when it is. I have the history on my eBay account. Why can’t I talk to a person or at least email the info to somebody? This is terrible

@pesull-9950. Are you saying the order is not in your purchase history?   https://www.ebay.com/mye/myebay/purchase

If you made the purchase using a guest account ( not logged in to your eBay account) it will not be in your purchase history.

Log out of your eBay account and request the guest account details from this page:

https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/returning-item/returning-items-bought-guest?id=4065...

Then you can start a refund request, track your order, or contact the seller, from the guest account email. Do not log in to your regular eBay account.
