I printed and paid for a label for a item that is being shipped UPS. This was yesterday, when I got to UPS with the package I dropped the box and the item was now poking a hole in the box. I took the package back home purchased a larger box so I could double box the item and now the item weighs 4lbs more and the box is larger. I tried to void the previous label but I am not being allowed to. I have purchased a new label with the correct weight and size of the box which is now shipping UPS via Pirate Ship. Please help how to void and get reimbursement for the 1st shipping label.
