Help with item not received

Hello, Im trying to get an answer from the seller of an item that I have not received.  I have sent 3 emails to the seller without any response. How can I talk to someone live on this issue. There is nothing live on the website or the customer service toll free numbers on google. thanks

Do not attempt to call eBay using a phone number found online; those numbers are either old or else scams. eBay does not have a public number for you to call.

 

What does the tracking, if any, show?

 

You should be able to file an "item not received" case with eBay the day after the last estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History for up to thirty days.

The seller will have three business days to provide tracking that shows delivery or else refund you. If the seller does neither, at that point you should be able to ask eBay to step in and refund you. If you wait too long, eBay will close the case without a refund.

Help with item not received

Thank you very much. The sellere provide me with a USPS tracking number  that shows that the item has not been shipped yet.

The seller finally responded a few minuts ago saying to check with my neighboors and to contact the shipping company.

I made the mistake of asking for a return instead of a refund and now its showing an open return on the ebay website. I tryied to cancel the return but it shows like i have received the item. Im confused. Thanks

You are welcome.

 

Do not close the case unless the item actually arrives, as closing the case may prevent you from starting another case.

 

Hopefully the item will arrive and it will not matter that you started a return case.

 

But if the item does not arrive and you are not able to get help from eBay due to opening the wrong case, you can try contacting eBay customer service through the Help & Contact page to see if you can get your "return" case changed into an "item not received" case instead if it is not too late to do so.

 

If not, you still have recourse through PayPal (if you used PayPal) or through your credit card issuer. Many credit cards offer up to six months of protection for items that are not received.
