Help with an unrealistic buyer

I have a buyer who keeps contacting me through making offers on my items for 1.00, which of course, I have to decline. She keeps choosing different items to contact me through so that when I see there's an offer, I have to open it to see her message. She's trying to get me to cancel an order for another buyers because she wants the dress. I wont' do that. I have blocked her. However, with all of the messages she has sent through offers, I have to decline. I'm guessing this will hurt my metrics?? Should she be reported as well since she wanted me to sell her the dress on or off ebay?

Not only should you block the buyer, but below the blocked buyer list, be sure you turn on the option to block messages from blocked buyers.

You can also set your offers to auto-decline offers below a certain amount. That way, offers for $1 won't even come through.
