I opened a claim and eBay excepted and was granted a full refund with the seller paying shipping , the email says to ask the seller for a label but I’m not able to contact seller as eBay has shut them down ,eBay did give me there address which isn’t in the US like the auction said I’m not paying out of pocket to ship and hopes to get all my money back …I’d love to speak to eBay but seems impossible to get a number ..any help would be appreciated

Go back to the case on day 5 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.

Rather than send a message to the mentor who is helping here in the community, you can just post back to this original thread with any additional questions.
You sent me a copy of the email you received from eBay, but you didn't mention whether you went back to the case on day 5 to use the option to ask eBay to step in. If you haven't done that, do that (DON'T click the option to close the case).
You should see the option, but if it's after day 5 and you don't see it in the case, then you can contact eBay and ask for a callback here:

For the best chance of speaking with a more knowledgeable rep, I would call during a weekday.
