Help with Caramel Verification Process

I won a car on Ebay Auction and I can only check out via caramel, I have started the process and it is showing my document are under verification since January 14 2025 and today is January 17, My verification status is still under review. It is so frustrating to say the least because I know payment should be made as soon as possible and it might result in loosing the car I have won since January 14.

What should I do now or how long do I have to wait for the verification process to be completed.

The use of Caramel is fairly new here on eBay so most of us are really not familiar with how it works.
