Help voiding a shipping label

I'm trying to avoid a shipping label and it keeps telling me they have technical difficulties and can't do that. I'm a first time seller, purchased a shipping label and applied to my box and realized it said Media Mail, which it is not media!! So I purchased another and made sure it wasn't for media, it came out saying Media Mail also. What's the deal? And it won't let me void either one of them. The first one I tried voiding says the item is already shipped, which it isn't!!! And the second one says technical difficulties arent allowing that

Hi @Anonymous 

-clear cookies, cache, browsing history, shut down and restart, try again

-try a different browser

-if problem persists request a call back from eBay

-You can always pay at the counter to ship within your handling time in the event you can not print a label through eBay ... then manually type in the tracking number on the Sold file

-this sounds like a glitch to be honest
