Im from Malaysia. Previously I set up an item to sell. This is my first time selling on ebay. The setup process is pretty straightforward. Theres no way or indication that said I need to focus on some address settings etc to be able to ship or anything. So I just setup my address as a seller. I chose FeDex as the courier for the item. Now I got a buyer. When I click "Get Shipping Label", it shows error "page not found". Took me one hour to figure out I need to setup something on "ebay export" or something. The error page doesn't even said what causes the error. Theres no guidance on this earlier when I setup the item. Im so **bleep** off. Than the ebay export setup is done. Now when I clicked "Get Shipping Label", it said that "seller address need to be in USA to be able to purchase the shipping label". Im like **bleep**. Theres no indicator of this when I setup the items. Why would it let me choose fedex if there's a setting that said I couldn't use it if I'm not in USA? And I know that my country have FedEx services. Why would the ebay shipping process be this complicated? With literally no proper guidance, not even from the beginning setup process. This setup procedure need to be highlight earlier when we setup our item, so that it will be easier during the shipping process.
