Help me find my user ID number please

In my order history, there is no record of the order.
I ordered the item was charged on my credit card got a confirmation email showing it was sent to the correct address and an order number.

I contacted the seller because we received the wrong item and it won’t work. The seller is asking for my user ID and I do not know how to find it! 
So, if someone could help me understand how to find my user ID number maybe he would give me a refund.

Is it possible you purchased that item using a different eBay account?

Or as a guest?

The seller is not looking for a number -- the seller wants to know the username you used to make the purchase. Apparently it was not this account.

Remove that you mentioned that I may have ordered it as a guest. I can’t really remember I’m older I probably didn’t have my password with me at the time.remove that you mentioned that I may have ordered it as a guest. 
It’s definitely not in my order history and I thought that was weird.

Do you know if there’s anything I can do since I probably ordered it as a guest?
