I have started a return, and ebay says to select the blue bar . However, ebay then says "
We couldn't process your request because of a technical issue." This has been the case for a week. Help, Help

Make sure you are signed in to the same eBay account you used when making the original purchase. Find the transaction in your Purchase History and go from there.
If you purchased as a guest, first sign out of your current eBay account then use the "order details" link in the email that eBay sent regarding that order.
